Booking Policy
- All prices based on up to two adults sharing. Extra adults are charged at $50 and extra children $30 per night
- Prices subject to change and availability.
- Visa and MasterCard accepted. (2.5%surcharge)
All prices include GST.
Deposit Requirements
A deposit of 50% is required to confirm your booking. We accept Visa and Master Card. There is a 2.5% credit charge fee. The balance of your stay will be taken 7 days prior to your stay. Valid guests’ credit-card details are required at time of booking to secure your stay.
Cancellation and change of date policy
In the event of a cancellation the deposit is non-refundable unless the entire vacancy is filled. A credit for a future booking may be issued at management’s discretion but only if the entire vacancy is re-booked. Discounted rates will revert to rack rates for amended bookings.
Guests are responsible for their entire reserved stay. No refund is given for reduced guests or period booked.
Covid/lockdown policy.
In the case where you cannot make your stay due to a lockdown we will be happy to re book your stay at no extra charge or offer a full refund
